I'm a poor PhD student who is forced to work 25/8... Nevertheless I always find time to have fun :)
I am not a regular drinker, but I don't say no to "social drinking" if the company is right. I also don't smoke, but I never turn down a good cigar-smoking session with friends.

Sports (although not good at it), going to the movies, anything that has to do with science and computers, reading good books, enjoying good food and wine (does this qualify as an interest?), listening to live music, long conversations, sitting on a nice beach watching the setting sun with a frappe in my hand.
Nevertheless, I always try to find new and interesting stuff to do and see... Can a grad student be boring??
